document translationWe translate all types of documents including but not limited to; blogs, advertisements, transcripts, ebooks, consent forms, documentaries, contracts, licenses, journals, papers, reports, charter, leaflets, executive orders, deals, wills and deeds and product specifications.

We assign specific translators to handle your document depending on their level of expertise / experience in that field. By doing so, all terminologies are captured thus making your final message comprehensive to your intended audience.

Legal translation is the communication of the meaning of text within fields of law from a source language into a target language. Legal documents include; passports, birth certificates, licenses, contracts, etc. Our qualified staff in the legal department understand the legal terminology involved in official documents. We also provide free certification services for every legal document we handle.

Lugandaproz’s adherence to the General Data Protection Regulation and strict privacy policy makes it easy for clients to trust us to handle all their legal documents.

Remember, any legal translation errors could put your applications at risk and even expose you to legal battles so you need language experts to make translations for you.

1.3 CERTIFIED TRANSLATIONS

certified translation is a translation accompanied by a certificate of Accuracy. A certificate of accuracy is a confirms that the translated file is accurate and complete to the true representation of the original document. Certification is normally required when translating legal documents. So we only allocate such jobs to our most qualified and experienced translators.

certifiedWe encourage our translators to attain American Translators Association certification (ATA) but however, since most African languages aren’t listed on the ATA language combinations, some translators aren’t ATA certified but it is still very okay because it doesn’t take away their knowledge of that language. And even without the ATA, a document can still be certified by us.

QN: How to identify a certified document?

It must have a certificate of Accuracy which must be signed by the Language Service Provider (LSP).

1.4 TECHNICAL TRANSLATIONS

Technical translation: Is the translation of material that has been generated by technical writers or anything with technological or scientific information. Good technical translation requires a person who has knowledge of the technical terms and terminology used in the subject matter. Most common technical documents that need translations include patents, user manuals, scientific articles, technical drawings, and computer sheets.

Because of the scarcity of technical translators since only a certain percentage of source language speakers can understand the terminologies, the prices of translating technical documents is often higher compared to other fields.

Fields that often need technical translations include Engineering, automotive, scientific, aeronautics, aerospace, chemical, electronics, etc
